Concepto de Márketing Mix del producto cultural en Internet: la publicidad online

Google-lización cultural Concepto de Marketing Mix del producto Cultural en Internet:la publicidad online Siguiendo a Cuadrado (2000), el márketing es la actividad que enlaza mercado y consumidor y son cuatro sus componentes: el mercado, el sistema de información de márketing, la empresa y el márketing mix (precio, producto, distribución y promoción).

Hay matices del concepto de márketing mix al referirnos al producto cultural en Internet y su publicidad online a través de los sistemas de información corporativos en Internet.

El sistema de información cultural reúne varios subsistemas: el de autores, el de actividades (con su tesauro específico), el de productos, el de infraestructuras culturales (desde la distribución a los eventos), el de público potencial, el de referencias, el de gestión administrativa y patrocinios, el de archivo de actividades (prensa, fotográfico, audiovisual) y el de participación online con la web 2.0.

La diferencia del Márketing Mix tradicional y el Márketing Mix Cultural consiste en que el producto (Cuadrado 2000) no es uno más de los cuatro actores a tener en cuenta (precio, publicidad, producto y distribución) sino la razón de ser la organización [cultural] aunque, obviamente, haya que contar con las necesidades del mercado.
La diferencia con los sistemas de información transaccionales de finales del siglo XX, orientados al control de gestión, con los de inicios del XXI, es la orientación de sus contenidos a la difusión a través de la web, al cliente y a la visibilidad y posicionamiento de la actividad y el producto cultural en Internet: el back office se convierte en front office, se usa la estructura de información anterior de gestión para publicar la publicidad, introduciendo los datos una sola vez en el sistema. Parte del inventario de las obras de un museo se publica en Internet en un formato atractivo para la compra de entradas.

Además, a partir de 2005 se democratiza la introducción de contenidos con las redes sociales de la web 2.0. Los propios autores intervienen en introducción de datos (caso de los portales de autor de la FNAC) y el público participa online y offline con los autores. La consecuencia principal es que la actividad no presencial supera en volumen e influencia sobre la promoción a la presencial.
